These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the postiz-cbb application (the "App") and its integrated services, operated by BrunoRozendo LTDA ("we", "us", "our"). The App is a private integration layer connecting Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) to two self-hosted tools — Chatwoot (a customer-support inbox at https://chatwoot.brunorozendo.dev) and Postiz (a social-publishing tool at https://postiz.brunorozendo.dev) — used exclusively by BrunoRozendo LTDA across three brand identities: Anotadissimo, Notebook Barato Online, and U10X. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable use

The App may be used only for the following purposes:

  • Receiving customer messages from Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, and other Meta-platform channels into our Chatwoot inbox.
  • Responding to user-initiated conversations within Meta's allowed messaging windows.
  • Publishing content authored by us to our own brand pages and accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.

You may not use the App to send unsolicited messages, marketing broadcasts, spam, or any content that violates Meta's Community Standards.

2. User content and data

All messages, profile data, and other information accessed via the Meta Platform APIs are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party. Data is stored on our self-hosted infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

4. Service availability

The App is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantees. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrunoRozendo LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Data deletion

To request deletion of any data the App has collected about you, follow the instructions at our Data Deletion section or email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request".

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
