These Terms govern use of u10x-postiz, the TikTok integration of the self-hosted Postiz publishing dashboard operated by BrunoRozendo LTDA at https://postiz.brunorozendo.dev. It schedules and publishes content to TikTok accounts owned by BrunoRozendo LTDA for its brands Anotadíssimo, Notebook Barato Online and U10X.
These Terms cover the TikTok integration only. The Meta publishing application is governed by its own terms.
1. What the application does
u10x-postiz is a private, internal tool. It is not offered to the public and there is no sign-up. Its operators are authorised members of the BrunoRozendo LTDA team.
- An operator connects a TikTok account we own through TikTok's official login (Login Kit).
- The operator writes a post, attaches a video or photos, chooses the privacy settings and schedules it.
- At the scheduled time the application sends the post to TikTok through the official Content Posting API, either publishing it directly or delivering it to the account's TikTok inbox as a draft to finish in the TikTok app.
2. Acceptable use
The application publishes only content that BrunoRozendo LTDA authored or is licensed to use. Every post must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines and, where applicable, the Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation. Commercial content is disclosed with TikTok's own content-disclosure setting. The application does not follow, like, comment, send messages or perform any action other than publishing our own posts.
3. Your content and your data
Information received from TikTok is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Account responsibility
Operators must protect their dashboard credentials and report any unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately. Access can be revoked at any time from the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services).
5. Availability
The application is provided "as is", with no uptime guarantee. It depends on TikTok's APIs and on third-party infrastructure, and may be interrupted for maintenance or by upstream failures.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BrunoRozendo LTDA disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or unavailability of the application.
7. Platform terms
Use of the application is subject to the TikTok for Developers Terms of Service. Where that document conflicts with these Terms, TikTok's terms prevail for anything concerning the TikTok platform.
8. Changes
Material changes are announced on this page and take effect on the effective date shown above. Continued use implies acceptance.
