This page explains how to request deletion of the data the cbb-inbox application holds about you. It applies to anyone who interacted with @anotadissimo.app, @notebookbaratoonline or @u10x.dev on Instagram, with the corresponding Facebook Pages, or with those profiles on Threads.
What data exists about you
If you sent a direct message, commented on a post, or mentioned one of these profiles, we may hold:
- your user identifier as provided by Meta (a number scoped to this application, not your login);
- your public username and profile picture, when Meta provides them;
- the content of your message or comment;
- the date and time of the interaction;
- the reply we sent, if there was one.
We do not have your email, phone number, address, payment details, or any information Meta does not deliver through its official APIs.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with:
Subject: Data deletion request — cbb-inbox
In the body:
- your @username on Instagram or Threads, or your Facebook profile name;
- which of our profiles you interacted with;
- one sentence confirming you are the account holder.
We ask for the @username because it is the only way to locate your records: we store Meta's numeric identifier, not your real name.
What happens next
- Within 5 business days we confirm receipt by email.
- Within 30 calendar days we permanently erase every conversation, comment, reply and audit record linked to you.
- We email you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Encrypted backups rotate and are destroyed within 30 days, so the backup copy disappears in the same window.
Alternative: revoke access at Meta
You can also cut the application's access directly, without contacting us:
- Instagram: Settings → Accounts Center → Apps and websites
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites
- Threads: Account settings → Website permissions
Revoking stops new data from arriving, but it does not erase what has already been received. To erase it, send the email above.
When we cannot delete everything
If a record must be retained because of a legal or accounting obligation, or an ongoing dispute, we tell you exactly which record, on what grounds, and for how long — and we delete the rest as normal.
