These Terms govern use of the cbb-inbox application, which consolidates direct messages, comments and mentions from Instagram, Facebook and Threads into a single inbox operated by BrunoRozendo LTDA, and which sends replies on behalf of the profiles @anotadissimo.app, @notebookbaratoonline and @u10x.dev.
These Terms cover cbb-inbox only. The postiz-cbb publishing application is governed by its own terms at /projects/terms.html.
1. What the application does
cbb-inbox is a private, internal tool. It is not offered to the public and there is no sign-up. Its operators are authorised employees and contractors of BrunoRozendo LTDA.
- It receives conversation and content events from Meta's official APIs for professional accounts we own and administer.
- It displays them to authorised agents in a self-hosted Chatwoot instance.
- It sends replies — written by an agent, or a single automated reply to a comment expressing explicit purchase intent.
2. Acceptable use
The application is used to respond to people who contacted us first. We do not send unsolicited messages, bulk promotional broadcasts, or automated follow-up sequences. Every automated reply is bounded by Meta's own limits: one private reply per comment, within 7 days of that comment.
3. Your content and your data
Messages, profile data and any other information accessed through the Meta Platform APIs are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion instructions are at Data deletion.
4. Account responsibility
Agents must protect their credentials and report any unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.
5. Availability
The application is provided "as is", with no uptime guarantee. It depends on Meta's platforms and on third-party infrastructure, and may be interrupted for maintenance or by upstream failures.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BrunoRozendo LTDA disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or unavailability of the application.
7. Platform terms
Use of the application is subject to the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, Meta's terms prevail for anything concerning the Meta platforms.
8. Changes
Material changes are announced on this page and take effect on the effective date shown above. Continued use implies acceptance.
